To enter to the ticket support system and create a query for our Support Team, access from your platform through the Help icon.
Once inside the Help Center, in Sending a request, you can start to create your ticket.
You will be able to create a new ticket and also check the status of tickets which are already open. You’ll also receive updates on your request in your email.
When creating a new ticket, we recommend completing in the "Details" section the type of management you need from our team.

Finally, remember to attach the screenshots or files to complete your request if necessary.
Your request will be handled promptly by our team. We will keep you informed of the status of the event.
From Requests, you can see the status of all your tickets created.
