Rules and Regulations
1. Game Objective
The INTERNAL WORLD CUP is organized by the company, hereinafter referred to as
"Organizer". It's a game between registered and active users, from now on called "Participants", except for the impediments arising from this Game Regulation, hereinafter called "Regulations".
In game is each Participant must submit their predictions for each WORLD CUP 2018 match. The objective of the Game is to accumulate the largest amount of points based on t final results of each match developed in the INTERNAL CUP. The points earned will be based on the final result of the match (winning team or draw) and additionally, the accuracy of the exact result of each match will be added to the Participants score.
2. Participants and Registration
To participate in the INTERNAL WORLD CUP you must be an active user of the platform both at the time of game registration t, and at the end of the INTERNAL WORLD CUP. To participate in the INTERNAL WORLD CUP, the Participant must be registered and active on the game website.
The Participants must comply with all the terms provided in this Regulation and future modifications it may have during the entire duration of the Game. Otherwise, you will be disenrolled from the Game. Only one participation per person will be accepted. The Organizer will reserve the right to reject usernames that in their sole discretion are inappropriate and / or contrary to good morals.. In these cases the user will not participate, and will be notified of such decision through the means that the Organizer considers appropriate.
The INTERNAL WORLD CUP begins the day when it is available to complete the predictions and ends with the last forecast on July 15, 2016. The Participants may enter and make their predictions from the start-up of the system by the Organizer.
The Organizer may communicate the start dates of the game through the means of
communication that you consider appropriate.
4. Development of the Game
The development of the forecasts will work according to the following scheme:
4.1 Group Phase:
Participants can make their predictions according to the fixture that is already stipulated and defined. The participant can make all the predictions they consider necessary all at once or part by part, and will have to save their predictions every time theirdone, always 30 minutes before the match begins, time in which the possibility to enter and modify the predictions is closed.
4.2 Elimination Phase
According to the final group classifications , once all dates of the First Phase have finalized, matches will be made to define each game:Eighth Finals, Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Finals. The match for third place will also be considered.
The Participant may make their predictions by Phase, as long as the teams are available to compete in each phase, and comply with the forecasts timing. The Participant must save their predictions to confirm their participation.
Playing the INTERNAL WORLD CUP implies that all the participants of the Game accept to receive emails referring to their participation . These emails will be sent to the email address informed in the Registration. The Participants will proceed to receive any other notice mail considered of interest to the and or updates of the INTERNAL WORLD GAME PLAY
4.4 Forecast Closing Schedule (close time)
The participants will be able to make their predictions of each match up to 30 minutes before the game begins, without exceptions. All games that are not predicted in time and form will be empty and / or void and the Participant will not have a way to add points.
The score obtained will depend on the predictions made exclusively by the Participant, according to the result of each match. The scores will be cumulative and confirm the Ranking of the Participants. The score will be based on the following scheme:
a) Points for exact Champion, Sub-Champion or Third Place prediction: As soon as the participant enters the game they will be able to predict the team that is deemed to finish Champion or Sub-champion, as well as the one that finishes in Third place. Once selected and confirmed the process of selection of these 3 teams can not be modified. The score obtained for each case is as follows:
Champion: 60 points
Sub-Champion: 30 Points
Third place: 15 points
b) Points for match accuracy: By guessing correctly the team that will win or tie, the Participant will be granted 1 (one) point.
c) Additional points for exact results: By guessing the exact results of a match, the participant will be granted 2 (two) points.
d) Following this same structure, the same scoring form will be modified and will
increase as the world cup progresses in the following way.
. Eighth Finals: 3 Points for result or 6 Points for exact result
. Quarterfinals: 7 Points for resulto or 14 Points for exact result
. Semifinal: 15 Points for result or 30 Points for exact result
. Match for Third Place: 13 Points for result or 26 Points for exact result
. Final: 25 Points for result or 50 Points for exact result
e) In the Elimination Phase, the final result of the 90 minutes and extra time if it exists will be taken into account, without consideration of what happened in definition by penalties. If at the end of a match it ends in a draw, the tie will be taken into account.
f) No points will be subtracted for matches without predictions or with mismatched predictionswith the final result.
g) If the game is suspended for any reason, the results will not be taken into account until the eventuality or the final result defined by the organizer tournament is official.
4.6 Participants Ranking: The Organizer will publish a Participants Ranking with the accumulated scores. The data update will be done once the final real results of the matches have been entered and the calculation of points has been made. This may take some time in reference to the end time of the match. In case of a tie of points between one or more participants, the optional definition of the ranking adequacy or tie-break will be applied by the Organizer according to their chosen methods which will be communicated conveniently.
4.7 Game´s Winner: The winner of the Game will be the Participant who gets the most points accumulated at the end.
The prizes corresponding to the competition are previously defined by the Organizer.
6. The Organizer
The Organizer will not be responsible for any delay in the development of the matches, nor in the communication of results that are delayed for reasons foreign to the as well as any other conduct that is not attributable to them.
The Organizer may take unilateral action towards any participant before any event that is burdensome for the organization of the competition and / or for the participants.
The Organizer will decide, in its sole discretion, and will communicate in case the game(s) is suspended and / or postponed. The matches suspended, in case of having played 20 minutes or more, will be taken into account in effects of the sum of their points
A postponed match will be taken into account if the Participant has played for 20 minutes or more.
The Organizer will not be responsible for any extra and / or additional expenses in which the winner / s can incur to receive the Prizes that correspond to them; Neither will they be responsible in case of dissatisfaction with the Prize received. Any tax, rate, lien,or future taxes originated in relation to the Prize, will be charged to the titleholder.
7. Personal data confidentiality
This policy does not own or control the Participants who are not in their charge and will not be responsible for the privacy policies or the practices of each Organizer. Personal identification data will be requested when you register to open an account. The
Personal identification data may include: email address, surnames, first name, document number or passport, file, Screen name of your preference (Nickname), and the chosen password, among others.
The platform has security measures such as SSL certificates for data transmission, among others, aimed at protecting personal information from accidental losses and accesses, uses, modifications or unauthorized disclosures. However, the Internet is an open system and it’s not always possible to prevent unauthorized third parties from escaping those measures or using your personal data for improper use.
9. Rights, Responsibilities and Authorizations
The Organizer will reserve the right to apply sanctions within the Game, such as the cancellation of the predictions, and / or the rejection of the participation of any Participant who do not meet the conditions established in this Regulation or contravenes the spirit of the INTERNAL WORLD CUP. The Participants must comply with the guidelines established in this Regulation for the development of the Game. The Organizer will not be responsible for any damage, direct, indirect, immediate or remote suffered by a Participant as a result of their participation in the Game.
Participants will waive the possibility to claim chance losses and / or similar circumstances in virtue of modifications, cancellations and / or other circumstances that may be their own and / or alien to the Organizer.
The Organizer will not be responsible for the circumstance that eventually the website or platform is not available, due to factors alien to it.
The Organizer will not be responsible for problems or technical malfunctions of the internet, computer systems in network, servers or Internet access providers, computer equipment or software, or the delay or non-receipt of emails or applications for registration as a result of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any combination of such setbacks, including any damage caused to the computer system of the participant or anyone, as a result of participating in the Game.
All INTERNAL WORLD CUP participants authorize the Organizer to publish and disseminate their personal data, user names or fancy names, by any format and without limitation of any kind.
In case of winning in any of the classifications, they also authorize the Organizer to publish your personal data, personal photo and username or fancy name in the Organizer’s communications campaigns.. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Regulations and to cancel the Game in whole or in part during its development, without granting any right to the Participants of the game to claim any damage and / or injury by virtue of said modification and / or cancellation.
The participation in the INTERNAL CUP game implies the acceptance of this Regulation, as well as the Organizer's criteria regarding the final resolution of any issue derived from the Game.
